About the job:

As Head of Operations you will lead, plan, and develop the work within the IT Operations & Office IT function. The main responsibilities of this function include the operation and compliance of the payment gateway as well as the internal office IT. The position is both a managerial role and an operational role and also involves scheduled special attendance work.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Secure Compliance for the Payment Gateway including surrounding linked systems, including responsibility for the yearly PCI certifications
• Operate the payment gateway 24/7/365 in close cooperation with the hosting partners
• Incident manager during disturbances
• Improve performance, monitoring and deployment processes of the payment gateway
• Manage the Office IT related tasks and evolution
• Staff responsibility for a department of two Operation Engineers, which will eventually grow over time

What you bring to the table:

• Extensive experience and successful track record as IT operations manager in SaaS companies or similar 
• Experience from the Card Payments industry 
• Academic degree in Technology
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Experience from the fintech industry in general and cryptography in particular is meritorious
